After logging in, click in the upper right corner on "Deposit" and in the new window select payment method "Credit / Debit Card" (click on the image to enlarge).

Follow these easy steps to receive your bonus:

How to make a withdrawal?
In order to make a withdrawal from your bet365 account, simply click in the upper right corner on "Service -> Withdraw".
